Every position, explained
Each position has a clear illustration and how-to, plus three ratings — intimacy, difficulty and stamina — that tell you how hot and how hard it is. Scratch to reveal, rate it afterwards, favourite the keepers, and start it straight away or add it to a plan.
A script, or a surprise
Choreograph the night: pick positions, set the order and how long each one lasts, then let the timer move you from one to the next. On lazy nights, leave it to random mode — every round is a combination you haven’t tried.

Start on Apple Watch and it records heart rate and motion as you go. Afterwards it syncs to iPhone, where every position’s heart-rate curve, rhythm waveform and intensity plays back on a timeline — so you can see exactly when things got wildest.

See how often you have sex, for how long in total and on average, how many days, and your favourite time of night — by week, month or year. The calendar marks every steamy day, and the map remembers every place you’ve done it.
